Separate residential and commercial work
A homeowner with a backyard project and a general contractor with a site plan are asking different questions. When both are mixed together, each has to dig to find out whether you take their kind of job.
What goes on the page
Clearly labelled sections, or separate service pages on Business, that say who each service is for. If you only do one kind of work, the page says so plainly.
Show real capabilities and real project photos
Visitors judge fit by what you've actually done. Stock photos of someone else's crew tell them nothing about your equipment, your scale or your finish quality.

Website Ownership

Tech Turtle owns the website design and implementation unless you separately purchase ownership. When your paid billing period ends after cancellation, hosting and website service end and the website goes offline. A refunded cancellation ends service when the refund is processed. Your logos, photos, written materials and other content you supply always stay yours.

Want to own the website outright? An optional one-time $1,995 buyout transfers the site to you so you can host it anywhere.

Hosting, SSL, and the first year of standard domain registration are included. Standard domain renewal stays included while your subscription is active and in good standing.

Every plan includes one prelaunch revision. After launch, Starter changes are $10 each. Business and Business Pro include one small change every month, on monthly or yearly billing, handled on the 15th of each month. Unused changes do not roll over. Adding up to 15 photos in a month counts as that one change.

Can my site separate commercial and residential project inquiries?

Yes. We can label services by who they're for and add a simple "commercial or residential" choice to your contact form so you know which kind of request came in. On Starter, both sit on one page. Business ($29/month) allows separate service pages for each. Completely separate forms with different questions are custom work, quoted separately.

Can I display the actual areas where my crew works?

Yes. We list the cities or areas you cover, by name, from your onboarding answers, and keep that separate from your mailing address. If you have rules for travel or for work outside your area, give them to us in your own words and we'll show them. We publish only what you provide.

Can customers describe a project before requesting a quote?

Yes. Your contact form includes a description box and can ask for project type and location, so customers explain the job in their own words. We keep it short so people actually finish it. Your confirmation message can say that pricing and scheduling are confirmed after you review the details.

Can I request updates when scheduling or service availability changes?

Yes. Email the change to office@justtechturtleit.com, for example a new booking window, a paused service or updated hours. Business and Business Pro include one small change per month after launch. On Starter, and for extra changes, each eligible change is $10.

How do we coordinate communication across time zones?

Onboarding is done online: you fill out our onboarding form, review a preview link when it suits you, and request changes by email. No live meeting is required. We work on Central Time. Most of Arizona stays on Mountain Standard Time all year, so you're one hour behind us in winter and two hours behind during daylight saving time. The Navajo Nation observes daylight saving time and stays one hour behind year-round.
