What's the difference between Basic and Business Pro?

Both include the website build, up to five standard pages, hosting, maintenance, contact/quote forms that email you every inquiry, and one small change each month. Basic has no CRM dashboard. Business Pro adds online appointment requests and a Simple Lead CRM to track inquiries, statuses, notes and follow-ups.

How fast will my website be live?

Standard Basic and Business Pro websites launch within 72 hours. The 72 hours begin once your payment is complete and we've received all required onboarding materials. Custom builds and ecommerce aren't included in the 72-hour window.

What is the 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee?

If you cancel within 7 days of your initial payment, we refund that first subscription payment (separately approved third-party costs excluded). If we cause a launch delay past 72 hours, you have until 7 days after we deliver your first working website preview. Delays caused by missing materials don't extend the guarantee.

No. Both plans are month-to-month with no minimum commitment, and you can cancel anytime.

Will this guarantee me more leads?

No. We can't guarantee leads or sales. We build a professional website that helps your business look credible and makes it easier for customers to request an estimate.

Who owns the website?

On a subscription, Tech Turtle keeps ownership of the website code and design. You can buy full ownership for $1,995, then host it with us for $10/month or anywhere else.

How do website changes work?

1 small change or photo update is included each billing month on both plans. Unused changes don’t roll over. Additional small changes are $10 each. You can also add Unlimited Small Website Updates for $150/month.

Do you build online stores?

Need an online store? We build ecommerce websites too, starting at $2,500. Contact us for a custom quote. Ecommerce isn't part of the $29 or $50 plans and is scoped in a written proposal.

What if I need more than five pages?

Additional pages, complex features and major revisions are quoted separately and only start after you approve the quote.

What kinds of businesses can sign up?

Any legitimate business whose project fits the standard website scope. Multi-location or complex requests are reviewed and quoted individually.

"Tech Turtle Marketing has been a huge help for Wausau Area Property Management. When we first started working with Logen, our website was getting roughly 2,000 visitors per month. Since then, our traffic has grown to around 11,000 monthly visitors, and our online presence has improved significantly. Logen has helped us with website updates, local SEO, content, marketing, and making our site easier for renters and property owners to use. He understands Wausau businesses, communicates clearly, and focuses on real results instead of just making things look nice. We highly recommend Tech Turtle Marketing to any Wausau area business looking for better website design, local SEO, lead generation, and practical marketing help that actually moves the needle."

"Tech Turtle Marketing has been a huge help for Property Whale. We needed a more professional online presence and a better way to turn local traffic into real leads, and Logen Doiel helped us tighten everything up from the website strategy to local SEO, Google Business Profile visibility, lead flow, and overall marketing direction. What stood out most was that Tech Turtle did not just make things look nice. They focused on what actually matters: getting calls, building trust, improving conversions, and making the business easier for customers to understand. If you are a local business in Wausau or Central Wisconsin looking for website design, local SEO, Google Business Profile help, or a marketing system that brings in better leads, Tech Turtle Marketing is absolutely worth working with."

"We've had a great experience working with Logen and Tech Turtle. They understand what it takes to run a service business and actually take the time to figure out what we need instead of trying to sell us a bunch of stuff we don't. They helped us with our CRM system, getting everything organized, and making it easier to manage our customers and leads. Communication has been excellent, they're easy to work with, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping other local businesses succeed. It's refreshing working with someone who knows what they're doing, follows through, and treats your business like it matters. Highly recommend Tech Turtle to any business owner looking for help with their website, marketing, or business systems."

He took the time to really understand my business, my goals, and the look I was going for, and then brought it all to life better than I imagined. Logen Doiel was incredibly responsive, patient with my questions, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The final website is modern, fast, and looks fantastic on both desktop and mobile. You can tell he genuinely cares about delivering quality work and making sure his clients are happy. I highly recommend Logen Doiel and Tech Turtle to anyone looking for professional, reliable website design."

"I cannot say enough good things about Tech Turtle and the owner, Logen Doiel. From the very first conversation, you can tell this is someone who genuinely cares about people — not just business. Logen Doiel is personal, professional, and incredibly easy to talk to. He takes the time to understand what you need and explains everything clearly. This man must have the Midas touch because everything he touches turns to gold. The quality of work, the speed, the attention to detail — it’s all top tier. If you are reading this, don’t hesitate. Reach out to him. It’s rare to find someone with both skill and character — Logen Doiel has both. Highly recommend Tech Turtle!"

"Absolutely phenomenal tech support and guidance in easy to understand plain language especially for someone like me who is definitely not a techy!!! Logen Doiel is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and easily accessible day or night which is incredibly beneficial and amounted to way less stress on me!! He went well above and beyond my expectations and his knowledge and insight was amazing! He seems to have a gift to be able to easily adapt to whatever you need or want and to provide you with ideas of what you don’t even know that you need or want yet!! I’m so happy that I called him and my only regret is that I didn’t call him sooner!!"

"Absolutely outstanding experience with Tech Turtle! From the very beginning, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was done correctly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his customers. The communication was excellent, the service was top-notch, and everything was handled in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend Tech Turtle to anyone looking for someone reliable, professional, and knowledgeable. 10/10 experience!"

"Working with Tech Turtle completely changed the way our business gets customers. Before, our website just sat there and did nothing. Within weeks of launching our new site and marketing system, we started getting consistent calls and real leads. What stood out most was how everything was built to actually generate revenue, not just look good. From SEO to Google ads and conversion tracking, everything works together. If you’re a local business and you’re tired of wasting money on marketing that doesn’t work, Tech Turtle is the real deal."

"My wife and I initially created our own webpage for our business T&A Contracting and over the years we realized it was missing something. Ironically I met Mr. Logan while bidding a job and he introduced himself and explained the kind of work he does and what he could offer. Not 48hrs later he delivered a very detailed webpage and we were absolutely thrilled. Any marketing or design that we consider Tech Turtle will be our first stop! Thank you Logan, we appreciate the effort you put into our project."

"I'm Ed Kahle, owner of Mighty Earth Works. I know dirt work and running equipment, not building websites. That's why I hired Tech Turtle. Logen made the whole process simple, listened to what I wanted, and built us a damn good looking website. Didn't have to chase him down or explain things ten times. He handled his end and got it done right. If you're a contractor looking for somebody who actually gives a shit about your business, I'd recommend Tech Turtle any day."

"Had the pleasure working with Logen Doiel twice now and both times he has brought life to the room and has made the process painless. He doesn’t stop until the job is done and the client is happy and comfortable with what it is they are working towards. Logen Doiel is someone I would consider a staple and a model in good work ethic and integrity in everything he does and would recommend working with him no matter what field you are working with him in."
