Cancellation & Refund Policy

Tools purchases, including one-time purchases and subscription payments, are final unless the purchased tool or paid export does not work. No seven-day or change-of-mind refund applies to tools. Contact support with your purchase reference and a description of the failure for a fix or refund. Canceling a tools subscription stops future renewals and does not itself request a refund. The website guarantee below applies only to website subscriptions. Full tools terms are available at /tools/terms.

Cancel anytime through the client portal where available or by emailing Office@JustTechTurtleIt.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Monthly service continues through the paid month; yearly service continues through the prepaid year. At the end of the paid period, the website goes offline and included dashboard/CRM service ends. A refunded cancellation ends service when the refund is processed.

Starter, Business, and Business Pro have no minimum-term payment commitment. No remaining installment package balance is charged when you cancel one of these standard subscriptions.

Your first subscription payment is covered by a seven-day money-back guarantee on monthly and yearly billing. Cancel within seven calendar days of the initial payment for a full refund of that subscription payment. If Tech Turtle causes a launch delay beyond the 72-hour launch window after receiving the required information, eligibility extends until seven days after your first working preview. Delays caused by missing customer information, photos, approvals, or other materials do not extend the guarantee.

This covers the initial payment for the plan and billing interval you selected: the first monthly charge or the full first annual charge. Renewals do not start a new guarantee period. After a refunded cancellation, future billing stops and the website goes offline; ownership does not transfer.

Outside the guarantee, cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your service active through the paid billing period. Unused portions of a paid month or prepaid year are not automatically refunded or prorated. Refunds required by applicable law and corrections for billing errors remain available.

Completed Google Business Profile services, completed add-ons, separately purchased custom work, and separately approved third-party costs are outside the website subscription guarantee and may be non-refundable once performed. A separately signed custom-project agreement governs that project, including any fixed commitment or separately agreed refund. It does not impose a fixed commitment on the current standard website plans.

Email Office@JustTechTurtleIt.com or use the cancellation/support tools in your client portal where available. Include enough information to identify your subscription and say whether you are requesting a guarantee refund. We record the request date and confirm the effective cancellation date. Eligible refunds return to the original payment method where practical.

When cancellation takes effect, hosting and included CRM access end. Available lead and form-submission data is sent to your verified email. The website is scheduled for deletion within 30 days after service ends unless you reactivate or arrange an ownership buyout first. Your original supplied materials remain yours.
