Cookie Disclosure

Effective October 2026 · Version 2026-10

This document is provided for general information and is being finalized pending review by legal counsel. It is not legal advice. Project-specific terms are governed by your signed Order Form and Client Services Agreement, which control in the event of any conflict.

1. Essential services

Authentication, security, checkout and saved privacy choices support the service you request. We also collect first-party operational and aggregate traffic information. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent purchasing or using your account.

2. Optional analytics

With analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 receives public-page views and interaction information. It may set cookies such as _ga. Google Analytics is excluded from employee, admin and client account areas and non-production environments.

3. Optional advertising measurement

With advertising consent, Meta Pixel receives page views, offer views, checkout starts and confirmed purchase events to measure and improve advertising. Meta may use identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc, browser information, and event values. When server-side Conversions API is enabled, consented checkout and verified payment information can also be sent from our server, including hashed contact identifiers for matching. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. Browser and server purchase events use the same event identifier to avoid duplicate counting.

4. Your choices

Optional Google Analytics and Meta tracking are off until you choose to enable them. Use Privacy choices at the bottom of any public page to accept, reject or change your choices. Your preference cookie is retained for up to six months. Changes apply to future events and do not recall information already sent. A Global Privacy Control signal disables Meta advertising tracking. Browser settings can also block or delete existing cookies. Essential checkout remains available.

5. Providers and contact

Google and Meta process information under their own policies: policies.google.com/privacy and facebook.com/privacy/policy. Use the contact address in our Privacy Policy with questions.
