Tech Turtle retains ownership of the website unless you choose the optional $2,500 buyout; otherwise it goes offline when your subscription ends. You'll receive the transferable website files and assets included in the buyout, so you can host it elsewhere if you choose. It's optional; you can stay on the $50/month plan as long as you like. Request it from your client dashboard and we'll confirm the details before any payment.
No. Your $50/month payments cover your ongoing website service, hosting and included features. The $2,500 buyout is a separate, optional purchase, and the price stays the same however long you've been subscribed.
The website buyout doesn't include ownership of Tech Turtle's proprietary CRM or dashboard. Continued CRM access requires an eligible active subscription. Your website and the CRM are separate products. Hosting, maintenance and future updates aren't included in the buyout either.

Yes. Send us the request-form link from your Jobber account and we'll put it behind your Request an Estimate button, or embed the form on the page where that works. Those requests go into Jobber, not the Tech Turtle dashboard, and the two don't sync. We never need your Jobber password.
Yes. If you own your domain, it stays yours and we connect it to the new site. Before you cancel anything with your current provider, ask us about your domain, email and any other services hosted there, so nothing you rely on goes down during the switch.
Domain ownership depends on who registered it. If you brought your own domain, it was always yours. If Tech Turtle registered it, we own and manage it while you're subscribed, and if you cancel you can buy it from us for $50, subject to registrar rules. Domains aren't automatically included in the $2,500 website buyout.
Yes. One round of revisions before launch is included. After launch, 1 change, like updated hours, photos, prices or wording, is included each billing month. Additional changes are $50 each. Redesigns and new features are quoted separately.
You're covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee. Your first $50 website payment is refundable if you cancel within 7 days of purchase.
