Effective July 2026 · Version 2026-07
This document is provided for general information and is being finalized pending review by legal counsel. It is not legal advice. Project-specific terms are governed by your signed Order Form and Client Services Agreement, which control in the event of any conflict.
1. Overview
Tech Turtle LLC ("Tech Turtle," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through https://www.justtechturtleit.com and our services and how we use it.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email, phone, business name, website, and any message or project details you submit.
- Account and billing information for clients (managed together with our payment processors).
- Limited, first-party usage data: pages visited and basic device/browser type, measured by our own cookieless analytics (stored only in your browser session) to understand site traffic. We do not use Google Analytics or other third-party tracking tools.
3. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide the services you request.
- To process payments and administer client accounts.
- To send service messages and, where permitted, relevant updates.
- To operate, secure, and improve our Site and services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles or to serve you targeted ads.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use only strictly necessary and functional cookies, as described in our Cookie Disclosure. Our website analytics are first-party and cookieless: we measure basic, aggregate traffic using data kept in your browser session, and we do not load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels, or other third-party tracking tools. Because we set no analytics or advertising cookies, we do not present a cookie consent banner.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. These signals are primarily designed to opt you out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. Because we do not sell or share personal information and do not run third-party trackers, there is no such activity for these signals to stop; we therefore treat your visit consistently whether or not a signal is present.
5. How we share information
We share information only with service providers (subprocessors) who help us operate — for example, hosting, database and authentication, file storage, transactional email delivery, and payment processing — and only as needed to provide our services, under obligations to protect it. We may also disclose information to comply with law or protect our rights. The specific subprocessors we use are listed in our Subprocessor List. We do not share information with advertising networks or data brokers.
6. Data retention
We retain records for as long as your account is active and thereafter as needed for legitimate business, legal, tax, and recordkeeping purposes, until they are removed by our automated data-retention processes.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting Office@JustTechTurtleIt.com. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, or recordkeeping purposes.
9. Children
Our services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions: Office@JustTechTurtleIt.com · (715) 409-8775.
