How an opportunity becomes a commission

  2. Opportunity submitted

    You send it to us through approved tracking.

  3. We verify attribution

    We confirm the opportunity is legitimate and not already being worked.

  4. Tech Turtle follows up

    Our team contacts and qualifies the business.

  5. An eligible service is purchased

    The customer accepts the applicable agreement.

  6. Payment clears

    Any defined refund or cancellation window passes.

  7. Commission becomes eligible

    Earned under the applicable written partner agreement.

Submitting a name does not by itself create a payment. Commission becomes eligible only after a qualifying, paid, cleared sale under the applicable agreement.

How compensation works

Transparent eligibility, no fake numbers

More involvement can create more earning potential. A good referral has value, and real sales create real commissions — but nothing is guaranteed.

Compensation varies by service and level of involvement.

Real, approved figures are added to a formal partner compensation schedule. Until a specific number is part of your written agreement, none is implied. Here is how the structures differ conceptually:

Referral ownership

A referral is generally eligible only when it is:

  • Submitted through approved tracking.
  • Legitimate and sufficiently identified.
  • Not already an active prospect or recent sales conversation.
  • Not already claimed by another partner.
  • Not a duplicate or fraudulent submission.

Duplicate & ineligible leads

A submission may not be eligible if the business is already:

  • An existing Tech Turtle customer.
  • A current active prospect.
  • A recently active sales conversation.
  • A duplicate partner submission.
  • Publicly known companies submitted indiscriminately.

When commission is earned

Commission generally becomes earned only after:

  • The customer accepts the applicable agreement.
  • A qualifying payment is actually received.
  • The payment clears.
  • Any defined refund or cancellation window passes.

Adjustments & reversals

Commissions may be withheld, reversed, adjusted, or offset for:

  • Refunded customer payments
  • Chargebacks
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Nonpayment
  • Duplicate attribution
  • Canceled projects
  • Violation of partner terms

Earnings vary. Tech Turtle does not guarantee income, sales volume, referrals, or results. Compensation is based on qualifying business generated under the applicable referral, sales, affiliate, or partner agreement.
