Accessibility Statement
Tech Turtle Marketing is committed to digital accessibility. We work to make our own website and the websites we build usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies.
Last updated January 2026.
Our commitment
We believe the web should be usable by everyone. We strive to follow recognized accessibility best practices in our own website and in the work we deliver for clients, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time task.
Conformance goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA where reasonably achievable. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
This is a goal we actively work toward, not a claim of full conformance or certification. Some content may not yet fully meet every success criterion, and standards and technologies continue to evolve.
What we do
Semantic structure
Proper headings, landmarks, and labels so screen readers can navigate pages in a logical order.
Keyboard navigation
Interactive elements are reachable and operable with a keyboard, with visible focus states.
Color contrast
We aim for sufficient contrast between text and backgrounds to support low-vision users.
Clear focus & targets
Adequately sized, clearly indicated controls that are easier to see and activate.
Descriptive alt text
Meaningful images include text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from assistive tech.
Ongoing review
Accessibility is treated as continuous work, revisited as the site and standards evolve.
Known limitations & third-party content
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not be fully accessible. Content, features, or integrations provided by third parties—such as embedded maps, scheduling tools, payment providers, videos, or social media widgets—are not fully within our control, and their accessibility may vary.
If you encounter a barrier anywhere on our site, please tell us using the form below. We will do our best to provide the information, feature, or service you need through an accessible alternative.
Accessibility services for your website
Beyond our own site, we help businesses improve the accessibility of their websites. If accessibility matters for your organization, we can help you understand where you stand and what to prioritize.
Accessibility audits
A structured review of your website against WCAG 2.2 AA success criteria, with a prioritized findings report.
Remediation
Hands-on fixes for issues such as contrast, alt text, headings, forms, focus order, and keyboard traps.
Ongoing monitoring
Periodic re-checks as your content changes, so accessibility does not quietly regress over time.
Important: Accessibility work reduces barriers and improves usability, but no provider can guarantee that a website is fully compliant with the WCAG, the ADA, or any other law or standard, or that it is free of all accessibility issues. Our services are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute legal advice. For questions about your legal obligations, please consult a qualified attorney.
Report a barrier or request help
If any part of our website is difficult to use, or you need information in a different format, let us know. We take this feedback seriously and will respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
