A small change is editing text, adjusting one existing section, or adding/replacing up to 15 photos in a month. Redesigns touching three or more sections, or substantial typography, button, or layout changes, are reviewed separately. Business and Business Pro get one included change per monthly service period, including on yearly billing. Unused changes don't roll over.

When your paid billing period ends after cancellation, hosting and website service end and the website goes offline. A refunded cancellation ends service when the refund is processed. Your logos, photos, written materials and other content you supply always stay yours.
Want to own the website outright? An optional one-time $1,995 buyout transfers the site to you so you can host it anywhere.
Ownership TermsHosting, SSL, and the first year of standard domain registration are included. Standard domain renewal stays included while your subscription is active and in good standing.

Ownership TermsEvery plan includes one prelaunch revision. After launch, Starter changes are $10 each. Business and Business Pro include one small change every month, on monthly or yearly billing, handled on the 15th of each month. Unused changes do not roll over. Adding up to 15 photos in a month counts as that one change.

Yes. A product showcase uses photos, descriptions and an inquiry path, and you finish the sale yourself. Starter shows products as sections on one page; Business ($29/month) adds photo galleries across up to five pages. None of the plans includes a shopping cart, checkout or online payments.
Yes, on Business Pro ($50/month). Its Book Now button can link to the booking tool you already use, and it also includes online appointment requests managed in your dashboard. We link to your tool but don't set it up, manage its calendar or provide support for it.
We can publish content you provide in another language, for example a Spanish version of your services section, within your plan's page limit. We don't translate it or check translations for accuracy, so send text written or reviewed by a fluent speaker you trust.
We can publish a privacy policy or accessibility statement you provide, and we build with readable contrast, image descriptions and keyboard-friendly navigation. We don't write legal policies, give legal advice or certify that a site meets any law or accessibility standard. California has its own privacy rules, so ask a qualified attorney what your business needs.
You can keep your domain. We point it at the new website when it's ready, and only change the settings the website needs, so email on that domain keeps working with your current provider. Plans don't include email inboxes. If you don't have a domain yet, standard domain registration is included while you're subscribed.
