Customers send an appointment request with their preferred time, and you review and confirm it in your dashboard, so nothing lands on your calendar without your approval. Yes. Business and Business Pro include photo galleries across up to five pages, and each project can be captioned with the community it's in, for example "Kitchen repaint, Arvada". Captions are written from the details you send us, so we only label a project with a place you confirm.

We resize and compress your photos before they go on the site, and photos farther down the page load as visitors scroll to them rather than all at once. Galleries also work best with a focused set of strong photos rather than every shot from a job. Send the originals you have, even large phone photos. You don't need to shrink them first.

Yes. On Business Pro, every website form inquiry is delivered into your CRM dashboard alongside your contacts. You can mark each lead's status as it moves along, see a customer's inquiry history, and manage appointment requests in the same place, with a secure login. We provide basic onboarding and setup. The dashboard doesn't send automated texts, bulk messages or marketing campaigns.
