Billing & Renewals

Pay monthly, or pay yearly and save 10%. Monthly plans collect the first month at checkout and renew each month. Yearly plans are charged once for 12 months and renew each year. Both renew automatically until you cancel.

There's no contract. Cancel anytime: monthly plans stop at the end of the paid monthly billing period, and yearly plans stop renewing at the end of the paid year. There's no upfront website build fee on any plan.

Website Ownership

Tech Turtle owns the website design and implementation unless you separately purchase ownership. When your paid billing period ends after cancellation, hosting and website service end and the website goes offline. A refunded cancellation ends service when the refund is processed. Your logos, photos, written materials and other content you supply always stay yours.

Want to own the website outright? An optional one-time $1,995 buyout transfers the site to you so you can host it anywhere.

Hosting, SSL, and the first year of standard domain registration are included. Standard domain renewal stays included while your subscription is active and in good standing.

Every plan includes one prelaunch revision. After launch, Starter changes are $10 each. Business and Business Pro include one small change every month, on monthly or yearly billing, handled on the 15th of each month. Unused changes do not roll over. Adding up to 15 photos in a month counts as that one change.

Need something sooner, or more than your plan includes? Additional eligible changes are $10 each, usually done within 24–48 hours. Send requests to office@justtechturtleit.com.

Can I show several services without making the website confusing?

Yes. On Business ($29/month) and Business Pro ($50/month) you get up to five pages, so related services are grouped onto their own page, each with a short description and a clear next step. If you offer more than a handful, we combine similar ones under one heading rather than adding a page for each. On Starter, services appear as sections on a single page.

Can my business list the nearby communities it serves?

Yes. We add a service-area section listing the towns you tell us you regularly work in, kept separate from your office address so visitors don't assume you only serve one town. We list only the places you confirm. The standard plans don't include a separate page for every town.

Can you feature my real qualifications and customer reviews?

Yes, as long as they're real. Send us the licenses, certifications or training you and your staff actually hold, and reviews from real customers, and we'll present them clearly. We never add a credential you haven't confirmed, and we don't write or invent reviews. Business and Business Pro also include a review showcase.

Can different types of customers use different inquiry paths?

Yes, within one form. Each plan includes one contact form with email notifications. We give each customer group its own page and its own call to action, and each page tells visitors what to include in their message. We don't build separate forms, automatic routing or custom workflows on the standard plans. On Business Pro, every inquiry also lands in your CRM dashboard.

Can I keep my current domain and contact details?

Yes. We can connect a domain you already own to your new website and keep your existing email records in place, so email keeps working with your current provider. Your phone number, email address and business address stay exactly as you give them to us. Plans don't include email inboxes. If you don't have a domain yet, standard domain registration is included while you're subscribed.

Can I request changes through the dashboard instead of calling?

Yes. You can submit a change request from your client dashboard by choosing the page and describing what you'd like, or by emailing us. You never need to call. Business and Business Pro include one small change per month, made free on the 15th. Need it sooner? An instant change is $10, usually done in 24–48 hours. Starter has no included monthly changes, so each one is $10.

How many revisions do I get?

Every plan includes one prelaunch revision. After launch, Business and Business Pro include one small change per month. On Starter, and for extra changes, each eligible change is $10.
