Billing & Renewals

There's no contract. Cancel anytime: monthly plans stop at the end of the paid monthly billing period, and yearly plans stop renewing at the end of the paid year. There's no upfront website build fee on any plan.

Website Ownership

Tech Turtle owns the website design and implementation unless you separately purchase ownership. When your paid billing period ends after cancellation, hosting and website service end and the website goes offline. A refunded cancellation ends service when the refund is processed. Your logos, photos, written materials and other content you supply always stay yours.

Want to own the website outright? An optional one-time $1,995 buyout transfers the site to you so you can host it anywhere.

Hosting, SSL, and the first year of standard domain registration are included. Standard domain renewal stays included while your subscription is active and in good standing.

Every plan includes one prelaunch revision. After launch, Starter changes are $10 each. Business and Business Pro include one small change every month, on monthly or yearly billing, handled on the 15th of each month. Unused changes do not roll over. Adding up to 15 photos in a month counts as that one change.

Need something sooner, or more than your plan includes? Additional eligible changes are $10 each, usually done within 24–48 hours. Send requests to office@justtechturtleit.com.

Delaware Website Questions

Can I explain that my business serves Delaware and nearby areas?

Yes. We write a service-area section in plain words, such as "Based in Wilmington, serving New Castle County and nearby parts of Pennsylvania and Maryland", and list the towns you tell us you regularly work in. We only list places you confirm, and the standard plans don't include a separate page for every town.

Can I show seasonal hours or visitor information?

Yes. We can show summer and off-season hours labelled by date, and add a short section for visitors covering parking, directions or what to expect. When your hours change, send a change request. Business and Business Pro include one small change per month, made free on the 15th. An instant change is $10, usually done in 24–48 hours. Starter has no included monthly changes, so each one is $10.

Do I need to meet your team in person?

No. We're based in Wausau, Wisconsin, and work with every client remotely. You sign up online, answer the onboarding form and send photos by email or upload. No sales call is required. Delaware is on Eastern Time, one hour ahead of us.

Can I use a contact form instead of publishing a personal phone number?

Yes. Every plan includes one contact form with email notifications, so customers can reach you without seeing your personal number. You decide which phone number and email, if any, appear on the site. Business Pro also delivers each form inquiry into your CRM dashboard.

Can my website show where I actually operate if my registration address differs?

Yes. The website shows where you actually work and the area you actually serve, based on what you tell us. A registration or registered agent address doesn't need to appear as your office. We can't advise on registration or legal requirements, so check those with a qualified professional. We just make sure the site isn't misleading about where you are.

Can I start with one page and later move to a larger plan?

Yes. Starter ($14.99/month) is a single page. When you need more, you can upgrade to Business ($29/month, up to five pages) and we'll expand your sections into dedicated pages. Moving from Business to Business Pro ($50/month) adds $21/month and can be done from your dashboard.

How many revisions do I get?

Every plan includes one prelaunch revision. After launch, Business and Business Pro include one small change per month. On Starter, and for extra changes, each eligible change is $10.
