There's no contract. Cancel anytime: monthly plans stop at the end of the paid monthly billing period, and yearly plans stop renewing at the end of the paid year. There's no upfront website build fee on any plan.

Subscription Terms

Website Ownership

Tech Turtle owns the website design and implementation unless you separately purchase ownership. When your paid billing period ends after cancellation, hosting and website service end and the website goes offline. A refunded cancellation ends service when the refund is processed. Your logos, photos, written materials and other content you supply always stay yours.

Want to own the website outright? An optional one-time $1,995 buyout transfers the site to you so you can host it anywhere.

Domain & Hosting

Hosting, SSL, and the first year of standard domain registration are included. Standard domain renewal stays included while your subscription is active and in good standing.

If you cancel, hosting and website service end and the website goes offline. Domain transfer and hosting options after a buyout are covered in the Ownership Terms.

Every plan includes one prelaunch revision. After launch, Starter changes are $10 each. Business and Business Pro include one small change every month, on monthly or yearly billing, handled on the 15th of each month. Unused changes do not roll over. Adding up to 15 photos in a month counts as that one change.

Need something sooner, or more than your plan includes? Additional eligible changes are $10 each, usually done within 24–48 hours. Send requests to office@justtechturtleit.com.

Can my website help both residents and visitors understand my business?

Yes. We can write for both: services and coverage for people who live nearby, plus a short section for visitors on hours, directions or what to expect on a first appointment. You tell us who your customers are, and we arrange the page around them.

Can I show exactly which communities my service business covers?

Yes. We list the cities, towns or counties you confirm, by name, and say where you're based. If someone's community isn't listed, the page can tell them to ask anyway. We only list places you actually serve, and the standard plans don't include a separate page for every town.

Can I request an update for temporary closures or schedule changes?

Yes, by sending a change request. Business and Business Pro include one small change per month, made free on the 15th. An instant change is $10, usually done in 24–48 hours. Starter has no included monthly changes, so each one is $10. We don't offer emergency or same-hour updates, so send known closures ahead of time.

Can customers request estimates from their phones?

Yes. Every plan includes one contact form with email notifications, and it's built to be easy to fill in on a phone. We set the questions with you during onboarding, such as the service needed and the customer's town. Call and email buttons can sit next to it.

Can I add content in English and Spanish?

We can publish content you provide in another language, for example a Spanish version of your services section, within your plan's page limit. We don't translate it or check translations for accuracy, so send text written or reviewed by a fluent speaker you trust.

Can I show real project photos without making the website slow?

Yes. Send us your real job photos and we resize and compress them before they go on the site, so they load quickly on phones. We'd rather use a few strong photos than dozens of heavy ones, and we never swap in stock photos and call them your work.

What does it cost?

The website build is free with a paid subscription: Starter $14.99/month (1 page), Business $29/month (up to 5 pages) or Business Pro $50/month (adds CRM and appointment requests). Yearly billing saves 10%, and the full yearly charge is shown at checkout.

How many revisions do I get?

Every plan includes one prelaunch revision. After launch, Business and Business Pro include one small change per month. On Starter, and for extra changes, each eligible change is $10.

How quickly will my website be ready?
