A small change is editing text, adjusting one existing section, or adding/replacing up to 15 photos in a month. Redesigns touching three or more sections, or substantial typography, button, or layout changes, are reviewed separately. Business and Business Pro get one included change per monthly service period, including on yearly billing. Unused changes don't roll over.

Want to own the website outright? An optional one-time $1,995 buyout transfers the site to you so you can host it anywhere.
Ownership TermsHosting, SSL, and the first year of standard domain registration are included. Standard domain renewal stays included while your subscription is active and in good standing.

If you already use a registration tool, a button can link to it. We don't build custom registration or payment systems.
Yes. On Business ($29/month) or Business Pro, each service type can have its own page, up to five pages in total. On Starter, each service gets its own section of one page.
Yes. Email the change. Business and Business Pro include one small change per month, made free on the 15th, and adding up to 15 photos in a month counts as that one change. An instant change is $10 and done within 24–48 hours. Starter changes are $10 each.
Most of Kentucky is on Eastern Time, and the western part, including Bowling Green, Owensboro and Hopkinsville, is on Central. We write your hours in your own zone and label it, such as "8 a.m.–5 p.m. Central". Online appointment requests on Business Pro are requests: you confirm the time with the customer. If you use your own booking tool, it shows times according to its own settings. We don't promise automatic time-zone conversion.
