Four things to say before they ask

Most frustrating inquiries come from a mismatch: the wrong area, the wrong day, or a customer who thought the form booked a time. These four lines prevent most of them.

  1. Service coverage

    Name the parishes and communities you actually serve, and say whether customers come to you or you go to them.

    "We clean homes and offices in East Baton Rouge and Livingston parishes. We come to you."

  2. Availability

    Give your regular hours, and say plainly when they change for a holiday or a temporary closure.

    "Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Closed the week of the 22nd; requests are answered when we return."

  3. Response expectations

    Tell people how and roughly when you reply, using a promise you can keep every week.

There's no contract. Cancel anytime: monthly plans stop at the end of the paid monthly billing period, and yearly plans stop renewing at the end of the paid year. There's no upfront website build fee on any plan.

Website Ownership

Tech Turtle owns the website design and implementation unless you separately purchase ownership. When your paid billing period ends after cancellation, hosting and website service end and the website goes offline. A refunded cancellation ends service when the refund is processed. Your logos, photos, written materials and other content you supply always stay yours.

Want to own the website outright? An optional one-time $1,995 buyout transfers the site to you so you can host it anywhere.

Domain & Hosting

Hosting, SSL, and the first year of standard domain registration are included. Standard domain renewal stays included while your subscription is active and in good standing.

If you cancel, hosting and website service end and the website goes offline. Domain transfer and hosting options after a buyout are covered in the Ownership Terms.

Website Changes & Support

Every plan includes one prelaunch revision. After launch, Starter changes are $10 each. Business and Business Pro include one small change every month, on monthly or yearly billing, handled on the 15th of each month. Unused changes do not roll over. Adding up to 15 photos in a month counts as that one change.

We never ask for your Google password. If we need access, Google lets you invite us as a manager from your own account.

Louisiana Website Questions

Can my website list the parishes and communities my business serves?

Yes. We list the parishes and towns you give us, using parish names the way Louisiana does. If you serve part of a parish, we name the communities instead of implying the whole parish. We never list statewide coverage unless you offer it.

Can I separate residential and commercial inquiries?

Yes. Residential and commercial services can each have their own section, or their own page on Business ($29/month) or Business Pro, and the contact form can ask which one the request is for, so you know before you reply.

Can I request a temporary-hours or closure update?

Yes. Email the change. Business and Business Pro include one small change per month, made free on the 15th. If it can't wait, an instant change is $10 and done within 24–48 hours. Starter changes are $10 each. Updates aren't immediate, so send planned closures early.

Can visitors find directions and contact me easily from a phone?

Yes. Every site is built for phones first, with a button that calls you in one tap and a contact form. If customers visit you, your address links to their maps app for directions. If you only travel to customers, we leave the address off and show your service area instead.

Can I explain that submitting a form does not confirm an appointment?

Yes. We add a plain line next to the button, such as "Sending this form doesn't book a time." Online appointment requests on Business Pro ($50/month) work the same way: they're requests, and you confirm the time with the customer.

Can my website link to an existing reservation or booking service?

Yes. A Book Now button can link to the booking tool you already use. That tool still handles the booking, its confirmations and its own settings. We add the link; we don't manage the tool or build a custom integration.

The website build is free with a paid subscription: Starter $14.99/month (1 page), Business $29/month (up to 5 pages) or Business Pro $50/month (adds CRM and appointment requests). Yearly billing saves 10%, and the full yearly charge is shown at checkout.
