Tech Turtle is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Power or internet outages

• Platform failures (Google, Meta, Wix, etc.)

• Government actions or regulations

• Labor shortages or technical failures

In such cases, obligations may be delayed or suspended without liability.
