By engaging Tech Turtle, you acknowledge you have reviewed these Terms and agree to them in full.

This includes all services, communications, payments, and ongoing work.

2. Agency Positioning

Tech Turtle operates as a strategic digital partner, not just a service provider.

Clients engage Tech Turtle for expertise, execution, and performance-focused systems designed to grow their business.

3. Scope of Work

All services are limited to what is agreed upon in writing.

Requests outside of scope will be quoted separately.

Silence or non-response within 24 hours after delivery or request for approval may be treated as approval to proceed.

4. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated:

  • 2 revisions are included

  • Revisions must be submitted as one consolidated request

  • Additional revisions or redesigns are billed separately

5. Payments & Billing

  • A deposit may be required before work begins

  • All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced due to time, strategy, and resources allocated

  • Late payments may result in paused services or additional fees

  • Work may be withheld until payment is received

6. Client Responsibilities

Client Responsiveness Clause

Delays in communication, approvals, or required materials may impact timelines and results.

Tech Turtle is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction.

Access & Permissions

Client agrees to provide necessary access to platforms (Google, hosting, CRM, etc.).

Tech Turtle is not responsible for issues caused by restricted, revoked, or incorrect access.

7. Results Reality (CRITICAL)

Tech Turtle provides strategy, systems, and execution designed to improve visibility and lead generation.

However, results depend on market conditions, competition, budget, and client responsiveness.

You’re hiring skill, not magic.

8. AI & Automation Disclosure

Tech Turtle may utilize AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency, analysis, and content generation.

All outputs are reviewed before delivery.

9. Advertising & Platform Disclaimer

Tech Turtle is not responsible for:

  • Account suspensions

  • Ad disapprovals

  • Platform policy violations

These are controlled by third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).

10. Lead Quality Disclaimer

Tech Turtle does not guarantee:

  • Lead quality

  • Close rates

  • Customer behavior

We generate opportunity. What you do with it is still on you.

11. Content Responsibility

Clients are responsible for all content they provide or approve.

Tech Turtle may remove content if necessary for legal, platform, or reputational reasons.

12. Intellectual Property

  • Work remains Tech Turtle property until paid in full

  • Upon full payment, final deliverables transfer to the client

  • Internal systems, templates, and frameworks remain Tech Turtle property

13. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice.

  • Outstanding balances are due immediately

  • Active services may be paused or removed upon termination

14. Limitation of Liability

Tech Turtle is not liable for:

  • Lost revenue or profits

  • Data loss or downtime

  • Platform failures or third-party issues

Liability is capped at the amount paid for the service in question.

15. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are handled through binding arbitration under Wisconsin law.

Both parties agree to resolve issues privately and in good faith before public escalation.

16. Updates

These Terms may be updated at any time.

Continued use of services = acceptance of updates.
