There's no contract. Cancel anytime: monthly plans stop at the end of the paid monthly billing period, and yearly plans stop renewing at the end of the paid year. There's no upfront website build fee on any plan.
Subscription TermsWebsite Ownership
Tech Turtle owns the website design and implementation unless you separately purchase ownership. When your paid billing period ends after cancellation, hosting and website service end and the website goes offline. A refunded cancellation ends service when the refund is processed. Your logos, photos, written materials and other content you supply always stay yours.
Want to own the website outright? An optional one-time $1,995 buyout transfers the site to you so you can host it anywhere.

Hosting, SSL, and the first year of standard domain registration are included. Standard domain renewal stays included while your subscription is active and in good standing.

Ownership TermsWebsite Changes & Support
Every plan includes one prelaunch revision. After launch, Starter changes are $10 each. Business and Business Pro include one small change every month, on monthly or yearly billing, handled on the 15th of each month. Unused changes do not roll over. Adding up to 15 photos in a month counts as that one change.

Can a Maryland business work with your Wisconsin team without a call?
Yes. Ordering, onboarding and review happen online. Send your business details and photos through the onboarding process; a sales call is not required.
Can I show both residential and office cleaning?
Yes. Business provides up to five pages, which can give the two services separate explanations. Starter can cover both on one page if the scope stays concise.
Will listing multiple cities create a separate page for each one?
No. A useful service-area section can name your confirmed coverage on the same site. Additional pages must fit the selected plan and agreed scope; we do not automatically create thin city pages.
Can visitors request a time without automatically booking it?
Yes. A contact form can collect preferred timing. Business Pro adds CRM and appointment requests; you still confirm availability with the customer.
Can I keep my existing domain?
Yes, subject to access and configuration. We can connect an existing domain you control. Standard domain registration and renewals are included while subscribed in good standing; premium domains and separate third-party services are quoted first.
