Built around your customers
North Dakota Commerce identifies energy and value-added agriculture among its economic-development areas. Local suppliers and service businesses benefit from precise descriptions of accepted work, travel arrangements and when an inquiry becomes a confirmed job.
Describe job types, project location and site requirements before an estimate. Avoid implying that all industrial or specialized work is included.
List the vehicles and services you actually support. Separate shop visits from mobile work where your business offers it.
Explain property types, service frequency and initial assessment requirements. A requested start date still needs confirmation.
Make seasonal availability and service boundaries explicit. Keep maintenance requests distinct from new-project discussions.
Regional background: North Dakota Commerce economic development. Website examples are practical planning suggestions, not promises of demand or results.
Before your build
Give customers enough information to describe a job your team can realistically assess.
List supported services and exclusions. A broad industry label such as energy or agriculture is not a substitute for an actual capability statement.
Name regular service communities and explain how outlying requests are considered. Do not promise a response or travel time you cannot consistently provide.
Separate preferred timing from confirmation. Collect location and scope first, then explain who will respond and what happens next.
Authentic portfolio
These are completed projects from their stated locations. They illustrate design choices, not local clients or guaranteed results. Custom features shown in a portfolio are not automatically included in a standard plan.

Service capabilities and a clear bid request help a visitor explain the work before the first conversation.

A small change is editing text, adjusting one existing section, or adding/replacing up to 15 photos in a month. Redesigns touching three or more sections, or substantial typography, button, or layout changes, are reviewed separately. Business and Business Pro get one included change per monthly service period, including on yearly billing. Unused changes don't roll over.
Straightforward billing, clear ownership terms, and no surprises after checkout.
Stop the next renewal whenever you choose. Service continues through your paid billing period; a refunded cancellation ends service when the refund is processed.
Your business materials remain yours. Tech Turtle owns the website design and implementation unless you choose the optional $1,995 ownership buyout.
Pay monthly, or pay yearly and save 10%. Monthly plans collect the first month at checkout and renew each month. Yearly plans are charged once for 12 months and renew each year. Both renew automatically until you cancel.
There's no contract. Cancel anytime: monthly plans stop at the end of the paid monthly billing period, and yearly plans stop renewing at the end of the paid year. There's no upfront website build fee on any plan.
Subscription TermsTech Turtle owns the website design and implementation unless you separately purchase ownership. When your paid billing period ends after cancellation, hosting and website service end and the website goes offline. A refunded cancellation ends service when the refund is processed. Your logos, photos, written materials and other content you supply always stay yours.
Want to own the website outright? An optional one-time $1,995 buyout transfers the site to you so you can host it anywhere.
Ownership TermsHosting, SSL, and the first year of standard domain registration are included. Standard domain renewal stays included while your subscription is active and in good standing.
If you cancel, hosting and website service end and the website goes offline. Domain transfer and hosting options after a buyout are covered in the Ownership Terms.
Ownership TermsEvery plan includes one prelaunch revision. After launch, Starter changes are $10 each. Business and Business Pro include one small change every month, on monthly or yearly billing, handled on the 15th of each month. Unused changes do not roll over. Adding up to 15 photos in a month counts as that one change.
Need something sooner, or more than your plan includes? Additional eligible changes are $10 each, usually done within 24–48 hours. Send requests to office@justtechturtleit.com.
