Tech Turtle Refund Policy (2026 Version)

We believe in transparency. These policies exist to protect both you and us while we focus on growing your business.

1. General Policy

All payments made to Tech Turtle are non-refundable once work has commenced.

This is due to the time, strategy, and resources allocated immediately upon project initiation.

2. Definition of “Work Has Commenced”

Work is considered started when any of the following occurs:

  • Strategy, planning, or research begins

  • Design or development work starts

  • Access is requested or provided

  • Communication related to execution begins

3. Deposits

Deposits are required for most services and are non-refundable under all circumstances once paid.

4. Subscription Services

For ongoing services (marketing, automation, maintenance):

  • Payments are billed in advance

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time

  • Services may be paused or canceled before the next billing cycle

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Business closure or financial hardship

  • Dissatisfaction after approved work

  • Lack of client responsiveness

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without attempting resolution may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services

  • Legal action or collections
