Built around your customers
Virginia’s economic-development partnership describes industries from advanced materials and life sciences to supply-chain management and aerospace. A local service website should explain the business it actually serves, with clear distinctions between a nearby appointment, a regional project and a commercial inquiry.
Describe the properties you support, recurring schedules and assessment needs. Separate an inquiry from acceptance of a facilities contract.
Give customers actual project examples and a precise coverage area. Explain how you review scope before confirming a job.
List accepted services and practical appointment information. Customers should know whether to call before arriving with a vehicle.
Distinguish ongoing care from installation work and show the relevant property information needed for an estimate.
Regional background: Virginia Economic Development Partnership key industries. Website examples are practical planning suggestions, not promises of demand or results.
Before your build
A boundary, a bridge or a longer trip can change how your business accepts work.
Name the communities you routinely serve. If nearby jurisdictions are considered individually, explain that distinction instead of claiming blanket regional coverage.
Separate visits to your premises from services at a customer’s location. Publish a public address only when visitors should actually use it.
Ask for the information needed to review the request. Your team confirms scope, travel and timing before the customer treats the job as booked.
Authentic portfolio
These are completed projects from their stated locations. They illustrate design choices, not local clients or guaranteed results. Custom features shown in a portfolio are not automatically included in a standard plan.

Residential and commercial services are separated so visitors can find the work that fits.

A small change is editing text, adjusting one existing section, or adding/replacing up to 15 photos in a month. Redesigns touching three or more sections, or substantial typography, button, or layout changes, are reviewed separately. Business and Business Pro get one included change per monthly service period, including on yearly billing. Unused changes don't roll over.
Straightforward billing, clear ownership terms, and no surprises after checkout.
Stop the next renewal whenever you choose. Service continues through your paid billing period; a refunded cancellation ends service when the refund is processed.
Your business materials remain yours. Tech Turtle owns the website design and implementation unless you choose the optional $1,995 ownership buyout.
Pay monthly, or pay yearly and save 10%. Monthly plans collect the first month at checkout and renew each month. Yearly plans are charged once for 12 months and renew each year. Both renew automatically until you cancel.
There's no contract. Cancel anytime: monthly plans stop at the end of the paid monthly billing period, and yearly plans stop renewing at the end of the paid year. There's no upfront website build fee on any plan.
Subscription TermsTech Turtle owns the website design and implementation unless you separately purchase ownership. When your paid billing period ends after cancellation, hosting and website service end and the website goes offline. A refunded cancellation ends service when the refund is processed. Your logos, photos, written materials and other content you supply always stay yours.
Want to own the website outright? An optional one-time $1,995 buyout transfers the site to you so you can host it anywhere.
Ownership TermsHosting, SSL, and the first year of standard domain registration are included. Standard domain renewal stays included while your subscription is active and in good standing.
If you cancel, hosting and website service end and the website goes offline. Domain transfer and hosting options after a buyout are covered in the Ownership Terms.
Ownership TermsEvery plan includes one prelaunch revision. After launch, Starter changes are $10 each. Business and Business Pro include one small change every month, on monthly or yearly billing, handled on the 15th of each month. Unused changes do not roll over. Adding up to 15 photos in a month counts as that one change.
Need something sooner, or more than your plan includes? Additional eligible changes are $10 each, usually done within 24–48 hours. Send requests to office@justtechturtleit.com.

Remote service across the state
These market examples help you plan your own website. We build remotely; list only the places your business actually serves.
A customer-facing business can put current hours and arrival details beside its services, helping residents and visitors plan contact.
A commercial-service provider can explain the types of properties it supports and the details required for an assessment.
A contractor can identify its regular communities and separate routine jobs from projects requiring additional travel planning.
A professional or local service business can describe consultation scope and explain what happens after an inquiry.
A repair or trade company can show accepted work and ask for scope details before promising availability.
A company serving nearby jurisdictions can spell out confirmed coverage without implying offices throughout the wider region.
An appointment-based business can provide accurate arrival instructions and distinguish online inquiries from confirmed time slots.
A regional operator can name its ordinary service communities and explain how more distant requests are considered.
A small business can make current hours, contact methods and examples of suitable projects easy to find.
A visitor-facing or local service can clarify preparation and scheduling needs before asking customers to get in touch.
Clear answers
Yes, using the places your business actually covers. Clearly distinguish routine work from requests reviewed individually and avoid implying additional offices.
Yes. Supply your actual service communities and any important scheduling conditions. The page should make those limits clear before a customer requests work.
Yes. Explain the property information and review steps needed for a quote. A standard inquiry form does not automatically approve or price a contract.
Yes, with approved photos and accurate descriptions. We label work honestly and do not turn a project location into a claim of a staffed branch.
Yes. We work remotely with eligible businesses throughout Virginia, collecting your content and feedback without requiring an in-person meeting.
That requires a separate scope review. Standard pages and contact routes are included as described in your plan; custom operational systems are not assumed.
The website build is free with a paid subscription: Starter $14.99/month (1 page), Business $29/month (up to 5 pages) or Business Pro $50/month (adds CRM and appointment requests). Yearly billing saves 10%, and the full yearly charge is shown at checkout.
Every plan includes one prelaunch revision. After launch, Business and Business Pro include one small change per month. On Starter, and for extra changes, each eligible change is $10.
We target a working preview within 72 hours after we receive everything required for an eligible standard build. Some projects take longer, depending on what's needed.
You can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal, and the seven-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment. Your logo, photos and content stay yours. Tech Turtle keeps ownership of the design and implementation unless you buy ownership separately. See our policies for full details.
