Built around your customers
West Virginia’s economic-development office highlights industries including manufacturing, energy, food and agriculture, forest products and technology. A small business can explain its role through real capabilities and practical service information, without relying on broad claims about the state’s economy.
Show actual project types and describe how a site assessment begins. Be precise about the communities you normally serve.
Separate recurring property care from one-time projects and explain what location and scope details are needed.
Share approved activity, meeting and preparation information. Requests remain subject to your business’s confirmation.
Make accepted services, opening hours and appointment expectations readable on a phone before customers travel.
Regional background: West Virginia Department of Economic Development. Website examples are practical planning suggestions, not promises of demand or results.
Before your build
Location and access details can matter as much as the name of the service.
List the communities you normally serve and the type of work you accept. Explain how you consider requests farther from your regular area.
Ask for a useful project description and general location first. Collect private access information directly when your business actually needs it.
Describe the next review step. An inquiry starts a conversation; your team confirms travel, scope and timing before work is scheduled.
Authentic portfolio
These are completed projects from their stated locations. They illustrate design choices, not local clients or guaranteed results. Custom features shown in a portfolio are not automatically included in a standard plan.

Plain service descriptions help customers understand the scope before asking for an estimate.

A small change is editing text, adjusting one existing section, or adding/replacing up to 15 photos in a month. Redesigns touching three or more sections, or substantial typography, button, or layout changes, are reviewed separately. Business and Business Pro get one included change per monthly service period, including on yearly billing. Unused changes don't roll over.
Straightforward billing, clear ownership terms, and no surprises after checkout.
Stop the next renewal whenever you choose. Service continues through your paid billing period; a refunded cancellation ends service when the refund is processed.
Your business materials remain yours. Tech Turtle owns the website design and implementation unless you choose the optional $1,995 ownership buyout.
Pay monthly, or pay yearly and save 10%. Monthly plans collect the first month at checkout and renew each month. Yearly plans are charged once for 12 months and renew each year. Both renew automatically until you cancel.
There's no contract. Cancel anytime: monthly plans stop at the end of the paid monthly billing period, and yearly plans stop renewing at the end of the paid year. There's no upfront website build fee on any plan.
Subscription TermsTech Turtle owns the website design and implementation unless you separately purchase ownership. When your paid billing period ends after cancellation, hosting and website service end and the website goes offline. A refunded cancellation ends service when the refund is processed. Your logos, photos, written materials and other content you supply always stay yours.
Want to own the website outright? An optional one-time $1,995 buyout transfers the site to you so you can host it anywhere.
Ownership TermsHosting, SSL, and the first year of standard domain registration are included. Standard domain renewal stays included while your subscription is active and in good standing.
If you cancel, hosting and website service end and the website goes offline. Domain transfer and hosting options after a buyout are covered in the Ownership Terms.
Ownership TermsEvery plan includes one prelaunch revision. After launch, Starter changes are $10 each. Business and Business Pro include one small change every month, on monthly or yearly billing, handled on the 15th of each month. Unused changes do not roll over. Adding up to 15 photos in a month counts as that one change.
Need something sooner, or more than your plan includes? Additional eligible changes are $10 each, usually done within 24–48 hours. Send requests to office@justtechturtleit.com.

Remote service across the state
These market examples help you plan your own website. We build remotely; list only the places your business actually serves.
A professional or local service can explain its ordinary work and give customers a clear route for discussing a new request.
A company near neighboring states can describe confirmed service communities without implying unrestricted coverage across state boundaries.
An appointment-based business can make hours, arrival details and the difference between an inquiry and a booking clear.
A trade or repair company can identify accepted work and request the information needed before discussing an estimate.
A regional provider can name its actual territory and explain how work outside regular coverage is considered.
A home-service company can separate recurring local work from larger projects that need individual travel and scheduling review.
A contractor can show approved project examples and describe the steps before an on-site assessment is confirmed.
A small business can distinguish visits to its premises from services delivered at customer locations.
A commercial-service operator can describe property types, access needs and the details required for a first conversation.
A visitor-facing business can keep current hours and approved arrival instructions visible beside its service or activity details.

We target a working preview within 72 hours after we receive everything required for an eligible standard build. Some projects take longer, depending on what's needed.
You can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal, and the seven-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment. Your logo, photos and content stay yours. Tech Turtle keeps ownership of the design and implementation unless you buy ownership separately. See our policies for full details.
