Peak Movers Website & Lead System Transformation
Turning a moving website into a clearer path to the next move.
Peak Movers already had the reputation and experience. The website needed to communicate that strength faster, explain its Wisconsin-to-anywhere service model clearly and turn more visitors into qualified estimate requests.
Custom Website • Two-Step Estimate Funnel • Mobile Conversion System • Service Positioning

The reputation was established. The digital path was not.
Peak Movers entered the project with strong public trust and real moving experience, but the previous website functioned primarily as a brochure. Important service information competed for attention, the local-versus-long-distance message required too much interpretation, and visitors did not receive a focused path from interest to estimate.
Unclear service positioning
The previous experience emphasized a few Wisconsin markets without immediately explaining the complete service model: every move begins in Wisconsin, while the destination can be anywhere in the United States.
Too much quote friction
The main call to action pointed visitors toward booking language before creating a simple, structured estimate path that captured the essential details of the move.
Mobile actions lacked hierarchy
Mobile visitors needed a clearer choice between calling now and beginning an estimate, with both actions easy to reach at the moment intent was highest.
Trust and service info competed
Strong reputation signals, locations, service information and conversion actions were all present, but they did not operate as one deliberate decision-making sequence.
Before: a brochure-style website built around information.

On mobile, too

The original presence introduced Peak Movers with an image-led hero, a few Wisconsin markets and a broad booking action — but left the full service model and estimate path open to interpretation.
The new website makes the Wisconsin-origin, nationwide-destination model unmistakable, guides visitors into a two-step estimate funnel and keeps calling and quoting effortless on mobile.

The Strategic Shift
Make the service model unmistakable. Make the next step effortless.
The redesign organizes the experience around one simple idea: every move begins in Wisconsin, but the destination can be anywhere in the country. From there, the interface guides visitors toward the action that best matches their intent — request an estimate or call the team.
A complete moving lead system — not simply a new homepage.
Clear market position
“From Wisconsin to anywhere life takes you” establishes local roots and nationwide destination capability in a single memorable message.
Two-step estimate funnel
The estimate begins with only what is needed to understand the move — origin, destination, move type and timing — before continuing to contact details, with a progress indicator showing completion is close.
Two intentional conversion paths
Visitors can begin a free moving estimate or call Peak Movers directly. The two actions are visually distinct and stay prominent without competing equally for attention.
Reputation placed near decisions
The verified 4.9 Google rating and 249-review count appear close to the primary actions, so trust supports the decision instead of sitting in an isolated testimonial section.
Mobile-first action system
A refined mobile header and a persistent bottom action bar keep “Call Now” and “Free Estimate” available while the customer explores the page.
The estimate starts with the move — not a wall of fields.
A visible Step 1 of 2 indicator sets expectations. The initial screen asks for move details first, offers a flexible-date option and communicates that submitted information is used only to prepare the estimate.

From a brochure-style website
to a moving lead system

Peak Movers did not need a louder website. It needed a clearer system — one that explains where every move begins, shows how far the company can go and gives customers an immediate path to take the next step.
