Complete Rebrand + Property-Services Website · Wisconsin
RESET Property Services
From a listing to a brand built to grow.
Little Wolf Property Services had a local Google presence and hands-on property-cleanout experience, but no dedicated website shown and no complete digital system for presenting the company's broader capabilities. Tech Turtle developed RESET Property Services — a new name, identity, service structure, responsive website and professional estimate experience built for homeowners, landlords, property managers and real-estate professionals across the Northwoods.

The business had outgrown a junk-removal listing before it had a website.
Little Wolf Property Services had a recognizable local name and a working Google Business Profile, but the public presence centered primarily on the junk-removal category. There was no dedicated website shown where property owners could understand the complete service model, learn who was behind the work, explore service areas or submit a detailed estimate request.
The opportunity was not simply to place the old identity onto a new homepage. Tech Turtle repositioned the business around the larger result it creates: resetting properties from their current condition into cleaner, usable and ready-to-move-forward spaces.
That strategy became RESET Property Services — a scalable brand and digital platform organized around Clear, Clean and Ready. Completed .
From a service description to a brand with room to expand.

RESET Property Services
Brand problem
The Little Wolf name and Google category placed most public emphasis on junk removal, while the actual business opportunity included cleanouts, rental turnovers, estate work, make-ready support and ongoing property care.
Brand solution
RESET creates a broader, outcome-focused position. It describes what the customer needs the property to become — not merely one task performed along the way.
The problems behind the transformation — and how Tech Turtle solved them.
The company's primary public presence was a Google Business Profile. Prospective customers could call, text or view photos, but there was no owned website shown where the full business could be explained.
Tech Turtle created a complete responsive website with clear navigation, service pages, audience paths, service-area content, owner information, FAQs and a structured estimate journey.
The public category centered on junk removal, which did not fully communicate rental turnovers, estate cleanouts, make-ready support and dependable property care.
The RESET position reframed the company around the full property outcome: clear the space, bring it back to order and prepare it for what comes next.
Little Wolf was recognizable, but the name and presentation did not immediately communicate a complete property-services platform to landlords, managers, realtors and investors.
Tech Turtle developed a more direct, professional and scalable identity system capable of supporting multiple services, audiences, locations and future brand applications.
A Google profile could not clearly explain the differences between property cleanouts, turnovers, debris removal, estate work and make-ready care.
The website organizes five verified service paths, each with focused content, next steps and internal links.
Landlords, property managers, homeowners, families handling estates, realtors and investors approach property work with different timelines, risks and goals.
Tech Turtle created a dedicated Who We Help architecture that speaks to each audience's actual situation without forcing every visitor through generic copy.
The original profile offered phone and text contact, but no owned, structured estimate process for collecting useful project details.
The RESET contact experience gathers name, phone, location, property type, requested service, timing and project details while preserving immediate call access.
The original listing did not provide enough space to establish the owner-led story, accountability and one-team approach behind the work.
The new site introduces Sam & Caleb, explains the start-to-finish model and reinforces that customers reach a local team rather than a phone tree.
The Google listing created local presence, but there was no dedicated website architecture supporting service and location relevance across the Northwoods.
Tech Turtle created crawlable service pages, service-area pages, metadata, internal links and structured content supporting Prentice, Price County and neighboring communities.
From a Google listing to a complete property-services platform.
