Electronic Communications Consent

1. Consent to electronic records
By using our Site and services, you consent to receive agreements, notices, disclosures, invoices, and other communications from us electronically, including by email and through our client portal.
2. Electronic signatures
You agree that clicking to accept, typing your name, or otherwise indicating agreement electronically constitutes your signature and creates a valid, binding, and enforceable agreement, consistent with the federal E-SIGN Act and the Wisconsin Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.
3. Hardware and software
To access electronic records you need a device with internet access, a current web browser, an email account, and the ability to view and retain PDF or web documents.
4. Withdrawing consent and paper copies
You may withdraw consent or request a paper copy of a record by contacting Office@JustTechTurtleIt.com. Withdrawing consent may prevent us from providing certain services that rely on electronic delivery.
