Tools export terms

These terms apply to optional paid tool exports and Tools Plus subscriptions. Review the price, billing interval and document limits before purchasing. Listed prices are in US dollars. Review the final amount shown at checkout before payment.

Free creation, optional paid exports

Use and preview supported tools free. A purchase unlocks supported generated file formats. It does not pay an invoice shown in a document or purchase website hosting.

Single document — $2.99 once

One immutable document version, all supported formats. Re-download while retained. No renewal.

Tools Plus — $4.99/month

100 export files per calendar month (UTC), saved versions and professional templates. Renews monthly until canceled.

Tools Plus annual — $39.99/year

Same benefits and monthly allowance. About 33% less than twelve monthly payments. Renews annually until canceled.

Fair use and versions

Each successfully generated file counts as one export against the 100-file monthly allowance on monthly and annual plans. Failed generation does not consume allowance. Monthly allowance resets at the start of each UTC calendar month and does not roll over. A single purchase covers only its immutable document version and supported formats, including re-downloads. Changes create a new version.

Retention and privacy

Saved document versions are retained for 365 days. Download and keep your own copy. Deleting a saved version removes re-download access to that version. Billing records are retained separately as required.

Drafts are stored on your device until you choose to save them. Saved document contents are private to your authenticated account and are not sent to analytics. Do not enter card numbers, passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Cancellation, payment failure and refunds

Manage subscriptions through the billing portal. Canceling renewal retains access through the paid period if payment remains valid. Failed or refunded payments can suspend entitlement. A refunded single purchase no longer grants export access. Website service guarantees do not automatically apply to digital export products. Tools purchases, including one-time purchases and subscription payments, are final unless the purchased tool or export does not work. There is no seven-day refund or change-of-mind refund for tools. If the tool or paid export fails, contact support for a fix or refund. Contact Tech Turtle support with your purchase reference and a description of the problem; do not include card details. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals and does not itself submit a refund request.

Separate monthly SEO services

SEO Care is $49/month and SEO Growth is $149/month. These subscriptions are separate from website hosting and tool exports. They renew monthly until canceled through the billing portal. Canceling stops future renewal; it does not automatically request a refund. Contact support about billing errors or work that could not be delivered. The website hosting guarantee does not automatically apply to SEO.

One small-business website and one primary location. Required website and analytics access must be provided. No major rebuilds, unlimited revisions, paid backlinks, fabricated reviews, guaranteed rankings or guaranteed lead volume. Monthly tasks do not roll over. Growth includes two page optimizations total, not three. Content work is one agreed deliverable, not three separate deliverables.

SEO Care

  • Google Search Console monitoring and monthly indexing checks
  • Sitemap, crawlability and broken-link checks
  • Basic technical health monitoring and important issue triage
  • Monthly keyword and search performance summary
  • One existing-page optimization OR one defined priority fix per month
  • Metadata improvements within the monthly task
  • Monthly completed-work report

SEO Growth

  • Everything in SEO Care, with two existing-page optimizations total each month
  • Monthly keyword opportunities and competitor search-result review
  • One researched article, service-page improvement OR substantial content update per month
  • Contextual internal linking and local SEO recommendations
  • One defined Google Business Profile task per month when eligible and authorized
  • Conversion recommendations and measured traffic, ranking and lead reporting where connected

Provide accurate business information and authorized website, Search Console and eligible Google Business Profile access. Do not share passwords. Tasks are prioritized within the agreed package; access delays affect when work can begin. Contact support to confirm an upgrade or downgrade and its billing effective date before accepting it.
