Billing & Renewals
Pay monthly, or pay yearly and save 10%. Monthly plans collect the first month at checkout and renew each month. Yearly plans are charged once for 12 months and renew each year. Both renew automatically until you cancel.
There's no contract. Cancel anytime: monthly plans stop at the end of the paid monthly billing period, and yearly plans stop renewing at the end of the paid year. There's no upfront website build fee on any plan.
Subscription TermsWebsite Ownership
Tech Turtle owns the website design and implementation unless you separately purchase ownership. When your paid billing period ends after cancellation, hosting and website service end and the website goes offline. A refunded cancellation ends service when the refund is processed. Your logos, photos, written materials and other content you supply always stay yours.
Want to own the website outright? An optional one-time $1,995 buyout transfers the site to you so you can host it anywhere.

Hosting, SSL, and the first year of standard domain registration are included. Standard domain renewal stays included while your subscription is active and in good standing.
If you cancel, hosting and website service end and the website goes offline. Domain transfer and hosting options after a buyout are covered in the Ownership Terms.
Ownership TermsWebsite Changes & Support
Every plan includes one prelaunch revision. After launch, Starter changes are $10 each. Business and Business Pro include one small change every month, on monthly or yearly billing, handled on the 15th of each month. Unused changes do not roll over. Adding up to 15 photos in a month counts as that one change.

Not automatically. It can link to your existing tracking system. A new tracking, dispatch or driver application needs its own technical scope and price.
Can we advertise medical delivery?
Only describe services your business is equipped and authorized to provide. A general public contact form should not collect patient information or sensitive shipment details; confirm a suitable operational system separately.
