Starter has no included monthly changes; eligible changes after launch are $10 each.

Tech Turtle owns the website design and implementation unless you separately purchase ownership. When your paid billing period ends after cancellation, hosting and website service end and the website goes offline. A refunded cancellation ends service when the refund is processed. Your logos, photos, written materials and other content you supply always stay yours.

Yes. Cancel anytime to stop the next renewal. Monthly service continues through the paid month; yearly service continues through the prepaid year. The seven-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment on either billing interval.

We target completion within 72 hours after we receive the required information for an eligible standard build. The clock starts once we have everything we need from you.

Yes. Every plan includes one prelaunch revision. After launch, Business and Business Pro include one small change per month (it doesn't roll over), and adding up to 15 photos in a month counts as that one change. On Starter, each change is $10. Email office@justtechturtleit.com with what you'd like changed. Need a change sooner? An instant change is $10 and completed within 24–48 hours. Larger redesigns or new features are quoted separately.

No. You can choose a plan, check out securely on Stripe, and complete onboarding online. If you'd like to ask a question first, email office@justtechturtleit.com and a real person will reply.

Your first subscription payment, whether monthly or yearly, is covered by our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you cancel within 7 days of payment, that first payment is refunded. If we cause a launch delay past 72 hours, you have until 7 days after your first working preview. Completed one-time services and third-party costs may not be refundable once work has been performed.
