How to use this tool

  1. Enter the project and original agreement reference.
  2. Describe added work, removed work, the reason and schedule impact.
  3. Review the revised total and use your agreed approval process. Exporting does not constitute either party’s signature.

A worked example

An original $4,000 project with $600 added work and $150 credit becomes $4,450. Record any extra days and exclusions separately rather than assuming the price change explains them.

Common questions

Does generating this approve the change?

No. The output is marked proposed and includes blank approval fields. Follow your contract’s written approval process.

Can I record a credit?

Yes. Enter credits separately; the revised total adds new charges and subtracts credits.
