The original 2026 grant is fully allocated: The $50,000 Small Business Growth Grant — the combined retail value of in-kind website, marketing, technology, automation, and LeadRilo services for 9 Wisconsin businesses — has been fully committed. That grant was awarded through a competitive, criteria-based review with no purchase necessary.

The Website Assistance Credit is a separate opportunity: up to $2,000 toward a qualifying Tech Turtle website project. Unlike the original grant, the credit applies toward the purchase of a website — it is not cash, has no cash value, and is subject to approval and available scope. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or the full credit amount.
