No. There is no application fee and no purchase is necessary to apply or to receive an award. Recipients receive their awarded services without being required to buy anything else.

No. Applications are reviewed competitively using transparent selection criteria by a Tech Turtle review committee. It is not a raffle, sweepstakes, or random drawing.

Who is eligible to apply?

Legitimate small businesses that primarily serve customers in Wisconsin, have an active Wisconsin presence, can demonstrate a genuine business need, and are able to participate in implementation if selected.

Is Tech Turtle affiliated with the government, SBA, or WEDC?

No. The Tech Turtle Small Business Growth Grant Program is privately funded and administered by Tech Turtle. It is not a government program and is not affiliated with the SBA, WEDC, or any government agency.

What if I already have a website or use another platform?

That's fine. The program is about helping businesses grow from wherever they are today. Final award scope depends on each selected business's specific needs.

When will recipients be announced?
