Can you set up my Google Business Profile?
Yes. Google Business Profile setup is a one-time $50 service. We create or claim an eligible profile, add your business information, hours, categories, services, description, and your photos, and help with Google's verification process.
Can you optimize my existing Google Business Profile?
Yes. Optimization for an existing verified profile is a one-time $25 service. We review categories, description, services, hours, contact and website info, and photos to make sure everything is accurate and complete.
Can you guarantee Google verifies my profile?
No. Google controls verification and sometimes requires video or postcard checks. We assist with the process but can't guarantee Google's decision.
Is Google Business Profile included in my plan?
It isn't included in the monthly plans. It's available as a one-time add-on: $50 for setup or $25 for optimizing an existing profile.
Do you manage my Google Business Profile every month?
No. The Google Business Profile services are one-time setup or optimization, not ongoing monthly management.
Can you get me more Google reviews?
We don't post or buy reviews. We can make it easy for customers to leave one, for example with a review link on your website. Asking happy customers directly works best.
Do you set up Google Analytics?
Google Analytics can be connected where it's configured for your site. Let us know during onboarding if you have an existing GA4 property you want connected.
Can I see how many people visit my website?
If Google Analytics is connected, you can see visitor data in your own Analytics account. Ask us during onboarding if you want it set up.
Do you send monthly traffic reports?
Monthly reporting isn't part of the standard plans. If analytics is connected, you can view your data anytime in Google Analytics.
Do you set up Google Search Console?
We build every website to be Search Console ready, with a sitemap and indexing readiness. We can help connect Search Console for your domain if you'd like.
Will you submit my website to Google?
We make your site crawlable and provide a sitemap Google can read. Google decides when to index pages, so we can't guarantee indexing or timing.
My website isn't showing on Google yet. What's wrong?
New sites can take days to weeks to be indexed. If it's been longer than a few weeks, email us and we'll check Search Console and your site's indexing settings.
