What to expect from checkout to launch day.
How fast can my website be live?
Eligible standard websites can be delivered in as little as 72 hours after we receive all the required materials. Timing depends on eligibility and how ready your project is.
When does the 72-hour timeline start?
After your payment is complete and we've received everything required in onboarding, like your business details, services, and any logo and photos.
What could delay my website?
The most common delay is missing information or photos. Domain verification, waiting on approvals, or requests outside the standard build can also add time.
How long do custom or e-commerce projects take?
Custom and e-commerce projects take longer than the standard builds. Each one gets its own scope and delivery schedule in the project agreement.
What happens on launch day?
We connect your domain, confirm the site loads securely, test the contact form, and let you know it's live.
Can you build it faster than 72 hours?
72 hours after we receive your materials is already our fastest standard timeline. We can't promise anything faster.
Do I approve the site before it launches?
Yes. We share it before launch so you can review it and use your prelaunch revision.
How long does onboarding take?
Most business owners finish the onboarding form in 10 to 20 minutes, especially if their logo and photos are ready.
What if I can't send my photos right away?
We can start with what you have and use appropriately licensed placeholder images, then swap in your real photos. Your 72-hour timeline begins once we have the required materials.
How long does it take for my domain to start working?
Once your domain is connected, it usually works within minutes to a few hours. DNS changes can occasionally take up to 48 hours.
What happens after my website launches?
Your site stays hosted, secure, and maintained. You can send change requests anytime; Business and Business Pro include one small change per month.
Do holidays affect the timeline?
Yes. Our timelines count normal business days, so major holidays can add time.
